A French-speaking Swiss artist draws a caricature of a young lady during the recently concluded Bieler Braderie, a three-day summer festival in the Swiss town of Biel-Bienne, where visual artists from all walks of life participate and rent out one-meter to three-meter spots at Centralplatz to ply their trade.
